Descrip:
This video course (#66) provides a concise overview of the local County Board of Equalization (BOE) process, with emphasis on board duties and responsibilities, property valuation principles, and applicable administrative law. Completion of this video fulfills the minimum training requirement as required by Utah State Code 59-2-1001. All individuals affiliated with a local Board of Equalization must complete BOE related training prior to participating in the county BOE process. While this video satisfies the minimum requirement, the USTC strongly encourages live instruction through Courses #43 and #507 for more comprehensive training. No fee is charged for required designation courses.

Course #66 is not required for those completing Courses #43 and #507.
