This intensive three-day course provides a comprehensive overview of the mass appraisal process used for consistent and equitable real property tax assessments. Participants will learn how to systematically value a large groups of properties using common data, standardized methods, and statistical models. The goal is to ensure accurate, uniform and equitable appraisal results. The course spans three full days of instruction, blending theoretical concepts with practical application. The course concludes with a two-hour, 50-question multiple-choice examination to assess the understanding of mass appraisal principles and techniques.
