In this course agricultural appraisers are outstanding in their field. During course 44 you will be given a brief history of the greenbelt program and then travel in a mini-bus around the county to experience hands-on classification of greenbelt land. You will also learn about farming and ranching from local farmers and ranchers. When you have completed this course you will have a better understanding of how to determine if a property is meeting the standard of being actively devoted to agricultural use. **Limited to 14 students**
