This course is required for both the Hearing Officer Designation and the County Property Tax Designation. It provides an overview of the County Board of Equalization process, including evidence review, due process, hearing procedures, equalization, managing participants and timing, and preparing a recommendation for final approval by the county commission or legislative body.
